Thirteen social enterprises will participate in the Hong Kong Brands & Products Expo in Victoria Park December 13 to January 5.
The enterprises are sponsored by the Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme under the Home Affairs Department.
The designated Social Enterprise Zone covers booths 4A01 to 4A05 in the venue and the 13 enterprises will take turns exhibiting.
They will offer a variety of products and services, including healthy and organic food, household products, clothes and accessories, rehabilitation products and eco-friendly products.
Since 2006 the programme has approved $180 million for more than 160 social enterprise projects.
More than 2,600 jobs have been created for the socially disadvantaged as a result.
The expo will open from 11am to 10pm daily, but closes at 8pm on its last day.
Admission is $10.
