Immigration courtesy drive opens

Courtesy campaign
Welcome to HK: An Immigration officer invites a visitor to cast a vote in the Most Courteous Immigration Control Officers campaign.
*

The Immigration Department is appealing to travellers to vote in its annual courtesy campaign November 19 to 25 at Hong Kong's 11 immigration control points.

The campaign encourages officers to provide courteous and efficient service promoting Hong Kong tourism.

Travellers can vote for officers performing commendable immigration clearance services for them, simply by filling their particulars and the officer's name in a ballot form and putting it into ballot boxes behind immigration counters at the control point.

Immigration e-Channel users at the 11 control points can also vote for staff members who are helpful and courteous.

The immigration control officer getting the highest votes will be appointed Hong Kong Courtesy Ambassador by the Tourism Board.
