Information sought on fatal hit-and-run

Hong Kong Police

Police are appealing for information on a fatal hit-and-run accident in Mong Kok on September 28.

 

At about 11pm that day, a car travelling along Prince Edward Road West reportedly knocked down two women, aged 43 and 53, crossing the road near Yuen Ngai Street. The car did not stop after the accident and was found abandoned at Fuk Wing Street 30 minutes later.

 

The older woman died in Kwong Wah Hospitalon October 4.

 

A 44-year-old man was arrested for dangerous driving on September 29 and is on bail.
