Sustainability engagement exercise to start
*

A new round of engagement process on measures to foster a quality and sustainable built environment will begin later this year, Chairman of the Council for Sustainable Development Dr Edgar Cheng says.

Speaking after the council's meeting today, Dr Cheng said preparations for the engagement exercise are underway and he looks forward to stakeholders' active participation.

The Business Environment Council, Polytechnic University's Public Policy Research Institute and Ketchum Newman Public Relations have been commissioned as the programme director, independent reporting agency and public relations agency for the engagement exercise.

The programme director will oversee the launch and operation of the exercise. The independent reporting agency will prepare a pamphlet questionnaire and analyse feedback received, and the public relations agency will provide publicity and event management services.
