Two nominees in Eastern District by-election 
*

Keung Suk Man is the second nominee for the Eastern District Council Tsui Wan Constituency by-election. He is affiliated with the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment & Progress of Hong Kong.

 

The other nominee is Ku Kwai Yiu, a technician with no political affiliation.

 

The nomination period will end tomorrow and voting will take place on September 10.
