Acting Chief Executive John Tsang has urged protesters in Mong Kok to be calm and rational, and leave protest sites immediately.
Addressing the media this evening, Mr Tsang said Police today helped bailiffs execute the court order to remove barriers on Argyle Street.
All people illegally occupying roads should follow Police instructions and leave the area, he added.
