Courtesy ambassador: Yung Ching-yee is commended by Tourism Board General Manager of Corporate Affairs Cynthia Leung and Director of Immigration Simon Peh.

Yung Ching-yee has been elected Hong Kong's most courteous immigration control officer and named Hong Kong Courtesy Ambassador by the Tourism Board.

 

Ms Yung received awards and souvenirs today from Director of Immigration Simon Peh and the board's General Manager of Corporate Affairs Cynthia Leung.

 

Mr Peh thanked all frontline immigration officers for their devotion to providing efficient and courteous services to travellers.

 

"The department is adopting a people-oriented manner to build a professional team with high morale and cohesiveness to serve the public," he said.
