Driver arrested for fatal accident

A truck driver has been arrested for dangerous driving causing death after a pedestrian was killed in Sham Shui Po last night.

　

The 51-year-old man was driving the truck along Yen Chow Street about 10pm when a 54-year-old man was knocked down near Cheung Sha Wan Road. He was trapped under the truck and died at Caritas Medical Centre at 10.55pm.

　

Witnesses should call the Police at 2773 5200 or 2773 5258.
