The Immigration Department is inviting travellers to vote in its annual courtesy campaign at 11 clearance checkpoints November 10 to 19.

Travellers can vote for officers performing commendable services for them by writing their particulars and the officer's name on a ballot form and slipping it into boxes behind immigration counters.

Immigration e-Channel users can also vote for helpful and courteous officers.

The officer scoring the most votes will be appointed Hong Kong Courtesy Ambassador by the Tourism Board.
