Ko Chi-sum and Prof Leung Mee-lee have been appointed members of the Advisory Committee on Admission of Quality Migrants and Professionals for two years from July 1. Committee Chairman Henry Fan and 14 incumbent members have also been re-appointed.
They are Francis Bong, Chan Kay-cheung, Tommy Cheung, Prof Chow Shew-ping, Daniel Lai, Lai Kam-tong, Benedict Lee, Kelvin Leung, Li Fung-ying, Dennis Ng, Dr Dennis Sun, Prof Eliza Tse, Yim Kin-ping and Yu Pang-chun.
The Security Bureau thanked the chairman, re-appointed members and retiring member Cheung Hok-ming for their contribution. It looks forward to the valuable advice from the new members.
The committee advises the Director of Immigration on entry applications received under the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme and Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents & Professionals.
