Senior dies in Cheung Sha Wan mishap

Police are investigating a traffic accident in Cheung Sha Wan in which a 93-year-old man died after being hit by a medium goods vehicle.

 

At about 3.10pm, the vehicle was travelling southbound on Cheung Wah Street and reportedly knocked down the man at the junction with Fuk Wah Street. He was certified dead at the Caritas Medical Centre at 6.37pm.

 

Investigations by Kowloon West Traffic Special Investigation Team are underway. Anyone who saw the accident should call Police at 2773 5258.
