Robber dies in Tsuen Wan robbery

*
Hong Kong Police

Police are investigating a robbery in which a 24-year-old man died after he was injured in an industrial building in Tsuen Wan on Monday evening.

Just after 5pm, the man, disguised as a delivery man, entered a company in an industrial centre at 26-38 Sha Tsui Road.

He tried to use a stun gun on a 30-year-old woman working inside, but she resisted and shouted for help before the robber fled.

Police were called to the scene and found the suspect on the 13th-floor staircase. He had a serious gash on his left thigh, and a stun gun and  knife were found next to him.

Both the man and woman were sent to Yan Chai Hospital where the man was certified dead at 6.32pm.
