Alert issued on fake Barclay bank site

Monetary Authority logo

The Monetary Authority has warned the public of a fake website with a domain name www.barhk.com, which looks similar to Barclay Bank's official site.

 

The bank has reported the case to the Police. Anyone who has provided personal information to the website or conducted transactions through it should contact the bank at 2903 2000 and any police station or the Commercial Crime Bureau at 2860 5012.
