Customs officers arrested 11 people and seized 34 computers that had pirated software installed in a corporate crackdown from March 6 to 9.
Customs' Intellectual Property Investigation Bureau officers raided six companies, and seized from five of them the 34 computers, worth about $120,000, which were installed with infringing design and office-application software.
The market value of the genuine versions of the software is about $220,000. Nine men and two women, aged 30 to 44, were arrested. They are on bail pending investigation.
