Elsie Leung, Andrew Li to attend law congress
*

Secretary for Justice Elsie Leung and Chief Justice Andrew Li will lead a Department of Justice delegation and four judges to attend the 22nd Congress on the Law of the World in Beijing and Shanghai from September 4.

 

Ms Leung will attend the congress in Beijing on September 4 and 5, and deliver a speech at a legal seminar. She will then attend the second leg of the congress in Shanghai on September 8.

 

The delegation includes Law Draftsman Tony Yen, Deputy Solicitor General Stephen Wong, and Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions Arthur Luk.

 

The judges are Justice Patrick Chan, Justice Woo Kwok-hing, Justice Frank Stock and Justice Susan Kwan.
