Ketamine curry: Customs officers found nine bags of ketamine concealed in false compartments in three plastic pots of food.
*

A 56-year-old Indian man has been arrested at the airport for smuggling ketamine worth $720,000 in thermal pots of food.

He arrived from India via Singapore yesterday, and an X-ray check on his luggage made Customs officers suspicious.

They then found nine bags of ketamine, weighing 2.6kg, concealed in false compartments in three plastic pots.

He has been charged with drug trafficking and will appear in Tsuen Wan Magistracy tomorrow.
