Two employers have been fined $10,000 and $21,000 at  Fanling Magistracy for failing to pay the wages of two employees.

The two defendants were Hung Tao Soya Bean Factory's Law Wan-lam and Fung Chi-man, an employer engaged in transportation business. The total amount of wages involved was $41,000.
