Nine men, arrested in an anti-triad operation in Tung Chung, have been charged with one count of being triad members. One of them, aged 21, has also been charged with two counts of drug trafficking. They will appear in Tsuen Wan Magistracy tomorrow.

The undercover operation, aimed at local triads recruiting youngsters, turned overt on March 21 with two restaurants raided and nine men aged 14 to 21 arrested. Twenty grams of 'ice' and a small quantity of cannabis was seized.
