Hong Kong Police

A 48-year-old man charged with one count of custody or control of counterfeit notes appeared in Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts today.

The man was stopped by Commercial Crime Bureau officers during an operation at the junction of Ma Tau Wai Road and To Kwa Wan Road on December 17.

A total of 182 $20 and 128 $100 suspected counterfeit banknotes and some equipment for manufacturing counterfeit notes were seized during the operation.
