Police are anxious to locate the next-of-kin of a boy who was found abandoned in Kwun Tong on Wednesday.

At about 1.15 pm, a boy was found in the playground near Tak Yee House of Tak Tin Estate. His name, Chan Tin-bo, and his date of birth were written on a piece of paper.

The boy, aged about five, is about 0.81 metres tall and has difficulty speaking and walking. He was wearing a brown jacket, a blue-and-yellow-striped cardigan, a pair of white trousers and a jade pendant when found.

Police urge anyone who knows the boy or the whereabouts of his parents or relatives to contact the investigating officers at 2709 8260 or 2709 8200.
