July saw two pre-sale consents issued for 1,701 flats in Tseung Kwan O and Sha Tin, the Lands Department says.
It also issued one consent for a commercial development in Tung Chung.
Fourteen applications for consent to sell uncompleted residential units and one for uncompleted commercial developments are being processed.
They involve 6,609 units, in which two developments of 81 units will be completed this year, 10 developments of 5,483 units will be completed next year and the remaining 1,045 units from two applications will be finished in 2011.
