2 residential pre-sale consents issued

Lands Department

August saw two pre-sale consents issued for 32  residential units in Tuen Mun and 723 residential units in Ngau Chi Wan, the Lands Department says.

 

Fifteen applications for consent to sell uncompleted residential units and two for uncompleted commercial developments are being processed.

 

They involve 7,521 units. Among them, two developments involving 114 units are expected to be completed this year, while 10 applications involving 5,219 units are expected to be completed in 2010, and three applications involving 2,188 units are expected to be completed in 2011.
