The Lands Department issued one consent for the sale of 1,054 residential units in April. The Kowloon development is due for completion next May.
At the end of last month there were 16 applications for pre-sale consent pending approval, involving 6,006 flats. Among them, three applications involving 316 units are estimated to be completed this year. Thirteen involving 5,690 units are due for completion by September 2006.
There were two applications for pre-sale consent for commercial developments pending approval. And there were four applications for consent to assign involving 1,887 units and three applications for consent to assign for commercial developments pending approval.
