Leisure & Cultural Services Department

The Masters Games 2010-11 will be held from June to January 2011, with the tennis competition enrolment open tomorrow until April 7, the Leisure & Cultural Services Department says.

The games' emphasis is on participation in and enjoyment of sports rather than winning prizes. The event encourages participants to get involves in sports volunteer services to help promote sports activities to the community. The department will also arrange for those who are interested to act as umpires in the preliminary rounds of some competition events.

Participants will be selected by balloting if enrolment exceeds the quota. For details and enrolment forms, click here, or call 1823 or 2601 7672.
