The Shenzhou-7 space mission delegation continued their Hong Kong visit today with a trip to The Peak where they were met by Commissioner for Tourism Margaret Fong and Tourism Board Chairman James Tien.
They rode the Peak Tram to the popular tourist attraction where they toured Madame Tussaud's and enjoyed the panoramic view of Victoria Harbour from the Peak Tower.

The delegation later attended a lunch hosted by the local industrial and business sectors before they headed to Hong Kong Stadium where they were welcomed by 30,000 people at a variety show held in their honour.
Speaking at the show, Financial Secretary John Tsang asked Hong Kong people to have confidence in overcoming future challenges, like the Shenzhou-7 crew demonstrated during their mission.
In a dialogue session with students at the show, the three astronauts shared their experience in space flight.
