The Shenzhou-7 manned space mission delegation toured Victoria Harbour and met tertiary students at Chinese University on the second day of its Hong Kong tour today.
They started the second day of their trip with a harbour tour. Director of Civil Engineering & Development John Chai briefed the delegation on the development of major infrastructure projects along the waterfront.

The delegation then opened the Exhibition on China's First Spacewalk Mission at the Science Museum, which will run until December 15. It features valuable exhibits like the Shenzhou-7 re-entry capsule, the astronauts' spacesuits and the national flag displayed during the spacewalk.
Other major exhibits include the main parachute of the Shenzhou-7 spacecraft, working journals and astronaut backpacks, space food, models of the spacecraft and the Changzheng 2F rocket, and 100 photos of the mission.
In the afternoon the delegation met tertiary students at a seminar at Chinese University and briefed them on the launch of Shenzhou-7, spacewalk technology and China's aerospace science development.
