A new public interest announcement will premiere on television tonight to promote the Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch Relay in Hong Kong.
The clip, with Cantonese, Putonghua and English versions, encourages people to welcome the Olympic Flame relay on May 2, the first stop in China after its global journey through 20 cities on five continents.
There will be corresponding Cantonese, Putonghua and English versions broadcast on radio in the run-up to the relay.
Lamppost banners have been erected to promote the event and roving exhibitions will be across Hong Kong's 18 districts. The current exhibition is being held at Yat Tung Shopping Centre in Tung Chung until April 7.
