A 20th child has been admitted to hospital due to suspected influenza-related complications.

The Centre for Health Protection today said a two-year-old girl was admitted to Matilda International Hospital on March 17 and later discharged.

The number of cases with laboratory evidence of flu infection is six. Of them, five patients have been discharged and one is stable.

For the remaining 14 cases, preliminary tests on 13 patients returned negative flu results. Results are pending in the remaining case.
