65 civil celebrants appointed

Immigration Department

The Immigration Department has appointed another 65 civil celebrants of marriages, bringing the total number to 693. An updated list is available here.

 

The list is also available at the department's Information & Liaison Section on the second floor of Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai; the Marriage Registration & Records Office on the third floor of the Low Block of Queensway Government Offices, 66 Queensway; and all marriage registries.

 

Since the implementation of Civil Celebrants of Marriages Scheme in April, more than 600 couples have filed their marriage notice through civil celebrants of marriages and more than 450 have had their marriage solemnised by civil celebrants.
