Food & Environmental Hygiene Department officers have seized 310kgs of illicit pork from a Yuen Long butcher stall. Two men and three women who obstructed the officers were arrested by Police.

Officers today inspected five fresh provision shops on Yuen Long New and Fook Tak Streets, and a stall at Tai Kiu Market.

Irregularities found in the operation included failure to post a notice on the sale of chilled meat, and incomplete record of invoices or delivery notes.
