The winning entries for the "World City - My City" Essay & Photo Competition will go on display from tomorrow at three popular shopping malls, including Ocean Terminal, Plaza Hollywood and Times Square.

Details of the exhibitions are:

* Ocean Terminal (Main Concourse) from May 4 to 11;

* Plaza Hollywood (Stars Atrium) from May 19 to 22; and

* Times Square (2nd Floor Concourse) from May 24 to 29.

Organised by the Information Services Department and the South China Morning Post, the English-language competition was open to residents aged 10 or over and resulted in a keen and impressive response, particularly from young people.

It invited members of the public to share their thoughts and views on what makes Hong Kong - their home - special.

It attracted about 1,200 essays and photos. Results of the competition were announced on January 29 when the Chief Secretary for Administration Donald Tsang presented awards to the winners.
