Lifeguards cancel industrial action

Leisure & Cultural Services Department

The Leisure & Cultural Services Department welcomes the Hong Kong & Kowloon Life Guards' Union's decision to shelve its industrial action plans for next week.

 

The department will meet union members on July 26 to resume discussions.

 

The department said it is prepared to maintain communication with the union and hopes problems can be solved through constructive dialogue.
