The Hong Kong Observatory recorded a top termperature of 35.4 degrees today, the highest so far this year and also the second highest on record for the month.

The observatory forecast it will be very hot with some haze tomorrow. Temperatures will range between 28 and 33 degrees.

The outlook for Thursday and Friday is cloudy with showers, and the weather will become cooler.

The very hot weather warning is in force, and the Observatory warns the risk of heatstroke is high and urges the public to take precautionary measures.
