SME seminar set for Jan 20

Trade & Industry Department

The Trade & Industry Department's Support & Consultation Centre for Small & Medium Enterprises will hold a seminar on January 20 to explore marketing strategies in times of adversity.

 

The seminar will discuss handling marketing challenges in times of adversity. It will also introduce the use of a customer relations management system and electronic messages for low-cost and effective marketing.

 

Speakers include Institute of Marketing Chairman Yim Kai-ming, and Wharf T&T eBusiness Assistant Marketing Director Kenneth Tsang. An SME owner will also share his experience in adverse market conditions.

 

The free Cantonese seminar will be held 2.30pm at Central Library.
