This year's second quarter saw four pre-sale consents issued for 2,076 flats in Yuen Long, Sham Shui Po, Sha Tin and Ho Man Tin, the Lands Department says.

The Yuen Long development of 28 units will be completed by August while the remainder will be ready next February to July.

The department also issued one consent to assign units in a completed commercial development in Kowloon Bay, involving 31 units.

Seventeen applications for consent to sell uncompleted residential units and eight for uncompleted commercial developments are being processed.

The 17 applications involved 7,951 units, in which one development of 825 units will be completed in September, 14 developments involving 6,139 units will be finished in 2009 and the remainder in 2010.
