Milestone: Director of Environmental Protection Anissa Wong signs a contract on behalf of the Government with Serco Guardian Joint Venture for EcoPark's management services.

The Environmental Protection Department invites parties with relevant experience and expertise to submit tenders for the tenancy of lots in EcoPark in Tuen Mun.

Successful tenderers must carry out recycling activities within the park.

The designated waste types to be recycled there include waste plastics, waste vehicle tyres, waste wood, plaster, glass and other building materials.

Tender documents and further information are available during office hours from the department's EcoPark Group at Room 4021, 40th Floor, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai.

Submissions should be addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department, and placed in the department's tender box, situated on the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point before noon on January 26.

Management services contract signed 

To signify another milestone in realising the EcoPark project, Director of Environmental Protection Anissa Wong today signed a management contract on behalf of the Government with Serco Guardian Joint Venture for EcoPark's management services.

The company will manage and maintain common infrastructure and facilities and monitor tenants' daily operations in accordance with the tenancy requirements.
