HK Awards for Industries invites entries

Trade & Industry Department

The 2006 Hong Kong Awards for Industries now invites Hong Kong companies in the manufacturing and services sectors to submit entries. The closing date is September 8.

 

The awards scheme, championed by the Government, is aiming to commend outstanding achievements and the performance excellence of enterprises in both the manufacturing and services sectors.

 

The organising committee is chaired by the Director-General of Trade & Industry. The scheme comprises seven categories of awards organised by seven associations:

* Consumer Product Design (Federation of HK Industries)

* Machinery & Equipment Design (Chinese Manufacturers Association of HK)

* Customer Service (HK Retail Management Association)

* Environmental Performance (Business Environment Council)

* Innovation & Creativity (HK General Chamber of Commerce)

* Productivity & Quality (HK Productivity Council)

* Technological Achievement (HK Science & Technology Parks Corporation)
