The textiles industry's domestic exports value grew $2 billion or 16.4% to $13.9 billion, and that for the machinery, equipment, apparatus, parts and components industry was up $1.4 billion or 34% to $5.6 billion.

The value of domestic exports classified to the wearing apparel industry fell $1.8 billion or 20.1% over a year earlier to $7.2 billion.

As for other manufacturing industries, a notable increase was registered for the value of domestic exports classified to the chemicals and chemical products industry, up $400 million or 24.9% over a year earlier to $2.2 billion.
