*

A team of government officials, led by Deputy Secretary for Constitutional Affairs Grace Lui, left on a four-day visit to Guizhou today.

The visit aims to enhance understanding and foster closer working relations and communication between the two governments, to promote co-operation in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region.

The Pan-PRD region includes nine Mainland provinces and places - Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan - and Hong Kong and Macau.

Organised by the Constitutional Affairs Bureau, the delegation includes representatives from the Planning Department, the Office of the Hong Kong Government in Beijing, Trade & Industry Department, Census & Statistics Department, Labour Department and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
