Tuen Mun job fair to offer 3,000 vacancies

Labour Department

The Labour Department will hold a two-day job fair at Tuen Mun Town Hall offering more than 3,000 vacancies, from May 26 to 27.

 

A total of 44 companies, mainly from the retail and catering industries, will participate in the job fair, with 22 companies taking part each day.

 

Jobs on offer include shop assistant, sales, kitchen helper, waiter or waitress, officer and manager.

 

About 74% of the vacancies offered are full-time jobs, offering monthly salaries from $5,000 to $10,000. More than 99% require secondary education or below, and 70% of them do not require experience. 

 

The fair will open from 11am to 5.30pm daily at the Exhibition Gallery, 1/F, Tuen Mun Town Hall, 3 Tuen Hi Road, Tuen Mun.
