Home Affairs Department

The 2008 Voter Registration Exercise for the Village Representative Elections has been launched and will run until July 30.

Registers of voters for the Indigenous Inhabitant Representative and the Resident Representative Elections are compiled and updated annually. Eligible people who have not done so are invited to register.

Completed voter registration forms can be forwarded in person, by post, fax or electronic means (a digital signature supported by a recognised certificate is required) and should reach the department or any District Office by July 30.

Voter registration forms can be obtained at District Offices, Hong Kong Government overseas offices or downloaded from the Village Representative Elections website. For enquiries, call 2152 1521.
