The Financial Secretary has appointed solicitor Angelina Lee to succeed Raymond Kwok as Non-Executive Director of the Securities & Futures Commission. The appointment is from August 1 to July 31, 2008.

Mrs Lee is a partner at Woo, Kwan Lee & Lo. She has an active role in public service, particularly in the financial services field.

The commission has seven serving non-executive directors. The others are Jasper Tsang, Christopher Cheng, Eddy Fong, Kenneth Kwok, Dr York Liao and Professor Liu Pak-wai.
