Hong Kong is a lawful society and the Government will not tolerate physical or mental abuse in the community.
This was the message from Chief Executive CY Leung today, when taking media questions on alleged cases of abuse of domestic helpers.
He confirmed that Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the allegations.
The Government is following up on the cases, and Police will give details on the arrest soon.
