Police have arrested a man after his private car reportedly knocked down and killed a 43-year-old man in Tai Po.
The driver, aged 36, was driving uphill on Hong Lok Yuen Fifth Street at about 4.50pm when he reportedly crossed into the opposite lane and knocked down the man.
The workman was rushed to Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital where he later died.
The driver was arrested for dangerous driving causing death.
Witnesses should call Police on 3661 3800.
