Driver arrested for fatal crash

Police have arrested a 42-year-old driver after his minibus reportedly knocked down and killed a 59-year-old woman in Chai Wan.
 
The accident happened at about 4.20pm, as he was reversing the minibus at a stop on Ning Foo Street.
 
The woman was trapped under the minibus and was later rescued by firemen. 
 
She was sent to Eastern Hospital where she died at 4.45pm.
 
Witnesses should call Police on 3106 1620.
