The Centre for Health Protection is monitoring 23 additional cases of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome in Korea.
They are 15 patients and two emergency department healthcare workers of Samsung Medical Center, four Dae-Chung Hospital patients, and two Konyang University Hospital patients.
All had been admitted to the same ward as a confirmed patient in late May.
To date, Korea has reported 86 MERS cases, and another case exported from Korea to Mainland China.
The centre reminds people to pay special attention to their safety during travel, and to consider the health risks of the places they plan to visit.
It will maintain close communication with the World Health Organisation and the Korean health authority.
