Secretary for Food & Health Dr Ko Wing-man urges all doctors to express their views in a Hong Kong Medical Association opinion survey on constitutional reform.
He told the media today that, as a member of the medical profession, he would encourage all doctors to express their views, regardless of whether they are for or against the Government's proposal on electing the Chief Executive by universal suffrage in 2017.
He will also join the community-organised signature campaign in support of the Government's reform package.
