The Centre for Health Protection has learned of seven additional human avian influenza cases in the Mainland - one each in Zhaoqing and Hunan, two in Guangzhou, and three in Zhejiang.
The Zhaoqing case is an eight-year-old boy, the Hunan case is a man, 19, the two Ghuangzhou cases are men aged 46 and 65, and the three in Zhejiang are men aged 46, 58 and 84. All are in hospital.
As of yesterday, the Mainland had confirmed a total of 338 human bird flu cases.
