The Government has no current plan to introduce the national security law to Hong Kong, Chief Executive CY Leung says.
He was speaking to reporters today in response to a National People's Congress Hong Kong delegate’s proposal to implement the law in Hong Kong.
He also reiterated that the Government has no intention to legislate under Basic Law Article 23.
