Immigration officers arrested 25 people in an illegal worker operation yesterday.

Officers raided six restaurants, a stall and a lodging place, arresting one man and 16 women, aged from 24 to 35, along with their eight employers.

The illicit workers comprised 13 foreign domestic helpers, three visitors and an illegal immigrant.
